El Faro Review
Local opinion is unanimous: this is the best parrilla in the north of Córdoba, and the perfect place to break up a day of estancia-seeing. All over the province, restaurants have begun to imitate El Faro's unusual serving style: asadores (barbecuers) carve slices from the sizzling beef sides on the grill and return time and again with dripping portions on wooden boards. They also do fantastic chivito (goat).
