Fodor's Expert Review La Rosa Náutica

Aficionados of Nikkei cuisine know the Nautical Compass, a chain that started on the beach in Lima, Peru, and now has outposts as far away as Abruzzo, Italy. Located in Puerto Madero, the elegant, white tablecloth dining room has a beautiful view over the water; better yet, sit outside on the covered patio. La Rosa Náutica serves some of the best Peruvian-Japanese fusion food in the city. The stars on the menu are the ceviches, tiraditos and carpaccios, all raw seafood dishes that are impeccable. Service can be a bit slow, but it's worth the wait.
