Fodor's Buenos Aires
Paseo Alcorta Review
If you're a serious shopper with only enough time to visit one mall, make it this one. Local fashionistas favor it for its mix of high-end local chains and boutiques from some of the city's best designers. Trendsetters such as Trosman, Jazmín Chebar, and Allô Martinez make cool clothes for women, while María Cher and Chocolate offer more classic chic. The men can hold their own at Etiqueta Negra and Felix. Both girls and boys can break the bank at Tramando or save at Zara. There's even a personal shopper service if it all gets too overwhelming. The international presence is strong, too, with stores from Swarovski, Lacroix, and Cacharel, as well as the usual sports brands. Free transfers from hotels, a classy food hall, and Wi-Fi round off the reasons to come here.
