Probably the best-known steak house in all of Argentina, Cabaña Las Lilas draws most of its clientele from the international travelers that crowd into Puerto Madero. It's not just a tourist trap, as it also draws wealthy porteños intent on showing their disregard for the high prices. The service is impeccable, as is the cooking of various cuts of beef from the owner's own ranch. Particularly noteworthy are the ojo de bife and bife de lomo, better
known to Americans as rib eye and sirloin. It's by no means the best steak house in town, but it is the most expensive, by a significant amount. But if you just want to sit and look out over the water and dig into a steak, this is your place.
