Book NowAlvear Palace Hotel Review
The Alvear Palace has been the standard-bearer for upscale sophistication since 1932, and is undoubtedly the shining star of Buenos Aires' hotel offerings; scores of dignitaries, celebrities, and VIPs have passed through its doors over the years, and they keep coming back for the world-class service and atmosphere. Gorgeously decorated rooms feature silky-smooth carpets, thick curtains made from European fabrics, and featherbeds with Egyptian-cotton linens. Each room receives the services of a personal butler, who will unpack your bags, press your wrinkled clothes, and basically tend to your every need. The lunch buffet at L'Orangerie is out of this world, and the superchic French restaurant, La Bourgogne, is one of the city's best.
