The enormous matambre de cerdo, a thin grilled pork steak, is the juicy highlight at this busy parrilla. High ceilings hung with hams and walls stacked with wine contain a pleasant racket. Share a selection of barbecued meats, as most do, or have the sorrentinos de calabaza al scarparo (squash-filled fresh pasta in a spicy cream sauce) all to yourself. If you have room, finish with a fruit-filled crepe, flambéed at your table. The wine list is great.

Need a change from all the beef in Argentina? Try the pork matambre mojado. Awesome! Great food, nice waiters and very reasonable prices.
