It perfectly captures the vibrancy of Las Cañitas: even on weekdays you can see groups casually ambling in to dine at El Estanciero as late as midnight. They come for the juicy steaks and achuras (innards), all of which are grilled over an open fire in full view. Grab one of the tables on the open second floor and you'll get an even better view of the parrilla and the action outside. Ask for your steak vuelta y vuelta (rare) for best results.
