The superb dining room at the Four Seasons is warm, inviting, and, well, Mediterranean—without any of the bright, antiseptic, or stuffy qualities of competing hotel restaurants. Lobster is treated with loving care, and the flavors on the menu may be refreshingly subtle and delicate or bold. The restaurant pays particular care to Middle Eastern and Spanish cuisine, offering marinated lamb kebabs and tapas, like fried crab with a green-apple purée. Reservations are recommended.
