The superb dining room at the Four Seasons is warm, inviting, and, well, Mediterranean—without any of the bright, antiseptic, or stuffy qualities of competing hotel restaurants. Lobster is treated with loving care, and the flavors on the menu are as often refreshingly subtle and delicate as they are bold. Even the north African side of the Mediterranean isn't overlooked with such dishes as the Tunisian-inspired brik a l'oeuf. Reservations recommended.
