Fodor's Review:
The funky Giramondo has all that a hostel needs: plenty of beds and bathrooms, a kitchen, a TV and computer lounge, and a patio, where backpackers from around the world grill up slabs of Argentine beef. The dark, dank underground bar serves up cheap drinks; it also has a small wine cellar. Giramondo is two blocks from buses and the subte on Avenida Santa Fe -- an ideal locale for taking part in Palermo's pulsing nightlife while also being close to downtown.
- In-room: no a/c, no phone, kitchen, no TV, Internet.
- In-hotel: bar, laundry facilities.
- Credit Cards: No credit cards
- Metro: D to Palermo
