Fodor's Review:
One of the queens of porteño haute-couture, Cora Groppo made her name designing flirty cocktail dresses with lots of cleavage and swooping skirts. Her small prêt-à-porter Palermo store sells lower-key clothing, though the whisper-thin cotton jersey most things are made of doesn't do much for those without catwalk figures.
