Singing in the rain is encouraged at Seco, where all the clothes are designed to get wet. See-through plastic macs come with matching southwesters worth risking a soaking for. Cutesy shoulder capes are probably more suitable for a light drizzle. For puddle-jumping bliss, how about some red vinyl Wellingtons?
