Fodor's Review:
There's no sign outside Mercer, but you can't miss the huge shop front covered with a crazy-quilt of colorful '70s tiles. Inside are reasonable priced Levi's-style jeans, which you can match with slick leather jackets, shirts, and screen-printed tees.
