This gallery is severe, but try to let the art do the talking. Expect avant-garde artists like the Mondongo collective, whose wacky collages mix resin-encased fiambres (cold cuts) with textiles and X-rated photos. London's Tate Modern and New York's MoMA both snapped up a work for their permanent collections. Follow in their footsteps and trust Daniel Maman's unfailing nose for talent.
