This store's location at the front of the ultra-luxurious Alvear Palace Hotel lets you know that only the serious stone-wearer need enter. Among the classic diamond and pearl pieces are refreshing numbers like necklaces made of knitted gossamer-fine silver chains and dripping pendant earrings. Silver gaucho-style knives make for designer souvenirs.
