Fodor's Review:

All along Avenida Corrientes are exquisite art deco theatres like the Gran Rex, a favorite venue for rock, pop, and jazz musicians. Recent performances include Brazilian Caetano Veloso and Oscar-winning Uruguayan Jorge Drexler, who love the acoustics.
