Plazoleta Cortázar

  • Address: (better known as Plaza Serrano) Intersection of Honduras and Serrano, Palermo, Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires

Fodor's Review:

Young fashion and homeware designers strive for boutiques in the revamped town houses near Plazoleta Cortázar. The shady cobbled streets are ideal for all-day shopping safaris. When your energy or your credit cards run low, restaurants and bars offering a perfect mix of gourmet and glam surround the area. Outside tables at cafés on nearby Plaza Armenia (Armenia, between Nicaragua and Costa Rica) are a great place to watch alluring palermitaños—many arty rock- and film-stars live here—and see what's hot this season.
