Galerías Pacífico

Fodor's Review:

Upscale shops line the three levels of this building, which designed during the city's turn-of-the-20th-century golden age. Stores are organized along four glass-roofed passages which branch out in a cross from the central stairwell, whose cupola is decorated by several Argentine greats, including Antonio Berni. Many of the stores at the top-end of Florida have branches here. The mall is particularly strong on leather clothing. It also has a basement food court, a cinema, and the Centro Cultural Borges, whose small international art exhibitions have featured Andy Warhol, Salvador Dalí, and Henri Cartier-Bresson.
