Fodor's Review:
This rowdy place is owned by a couple of Irish guys and is one of the city's most popular expat hangouts. You can drink a Guinness and yap away in English, easily forgetting that you're in South America. Follow the techno beats to the smoky downstairs dance club, where the enormous disco ball reminds you (1) that you're in Buenos Aires and (2) why you came in the first place.
