Fodor's Review

You're likely to be the only newcomer amid scores of older business executives who've been making this landmark a classic for more than 40 years. Day in and day out, this is the spot where behind-the-scenes negotiations take place over French-influenced local fare. The centolla (king crab) or langostino (prawn) salad is a throwback to another age, but it's perfectly prepared. Tuck into properly prepared pastas and a house specialty, semolina gnocchi, or slice into a delicious steak—the entrecote is king here. Add to the food some of the friendliest and most efficient service you'll find in town, and it's a don't-miss downtown lunch.
