It's a two-story climb up some steep stairs to the city's best wine bar. Arrive too early in the evening and this might be your worst nightmare: a dimly lit lounge with hard-drinking business executives. Wait until dinner hour—after 8, at the earliest—and the crowd changes to the local wine-geek set wolfing down some of the best lounge food in town, including great sushi (don't miss the crispy prawn rolls), eclectic appetizers and main courses, and a selection of wines
by the glass that can't be beat. The place is not too bad on the wallet, particularly in this neighborhood. Wednesday nights there's live jazz early.

This is the place to go for happy hour in Buenos Aires. At 8pm this place is packed with wall to wall people. Mainly young and mainly local. Service was a trifle slow and it was very loud...but if you want action...this is the place to go.
