Fodor's Review:
The pink-and-gold hues of the sunset make people return again and again to this seaside standout. Order a pisco sour -- one of the best in the city -- and no matter where you sit in the glassed-in dining room you'll have a front-row seat. Highlights include the lobster, which arrives steaming. Locals with a lot of cash on hand come for brunch on weekends, when there's a buffet so expansive it holds a place in the Guinness World Records book. It's very touristy -- your server places a flag from your home country in the middle of your table.
