¢-$, Peruvian, Barranco
Fodor's Review:
Several seafood restaurants are huddled together along the street leading down to the ocean -- in fact, they all share a single staircase. What sets Javier apart is its rustic rooftop terrace, which overlooks the crashing waves. There's nothing fancy here, just incredibly fresh fish. Start with the conchas a la parmasana (clams with Parmesan cheese), then move on to the lenguado a la parrilla (fish served hot off the grill). There is plenty on the menu for meat eaters as well.
