Fodor's Review:
This century-old building has many of the same architectural flourishes of the neighboring Gran Hotel Bolívar. It also shares the view of majestic Plaza San Martín. The rooms are rather dated, but are generously sized and scrupulously clean. The price makes it quite a bargain.
