More centrally located than this it does not get. The hotel's common sitting room overlooks Aguas Calientes' main plaza and lets you survey all that goes on in town. Rooms are simply, but pleasantly furnished.

The hostel is clean, has hot showers, and an unbeatable location in the center of the main square Their breakfast and a box lunch help you avoid spending heaps of money and the long lines on top of Machu Picchu.
As is so often the case in Peru, the hospitality at Bromelias is exceptional. Our travel agent messed up our train tickets back to Cuzco. Sergio, the owner of Las Bromelias, went out of his way to make sure we were on the train - even sprinting through the main square ahead of us to make sure the train didn't leave without us.
Highly recommended.
