Fodor's Review:
Chef Francisco Rodriguez prepares French dishes, such as medallions of trout smothered in fennel and onion, with aplomb. The stately restaurant, built in 1945 as a private mansion, has been declared a national monument. The elegant dining rooms are strewn with antiques imported by aristocratic Bogotano families.
