Fodor's Review:
The best seafood in Santiago is served in a dining room where the walls are covered with flotsam and jetsam found on Chilean beaches. Ask your waiter -- or friendly owner "Coco" Pacheco -- which fish was caught that day. This is a good place to try Chile's famous machas (clams), served with tomatoes and Parmesan cheese, or corvina (sea bass) grilled with plenty of butter. Don't miss the cellar, where you can sample wines from the extensive collection of Chilean vintages.
