Fodor's Review:
Staying in this seven-story hotel across the street from Cerro Santa Lucía is like visiting an elegant old home. Cheery floral wallpaper, lovely antique furnishings, and bronze-and-marble accents decorate the guest rooms. The best ones are those on the upper floors overlooking the hill. A rooftop restaurant-bar is a great place to enjoy the view. The quaint cafés and shops of Plaza Mulato Gil de Castro are just around the corner.
