Nattily nautical sails stretch taut across the ceiling, pierced here and there by mastlike wood columns, and the walls are a splashy blue at this seafood restaurant. Choose from appetizers such as baby eels with hot pepper and garlic or shrimp and squid with an orange sauce. Panqueque Ibis is a pancake stuffed with shrimp, calamari, and scallops; the whole thing is sautéed in butter, flambéed in cognac, and served with a spinach-and-cream sauce.

It's probably one of the top three restaurants in Santiago. From simple dishes like fried congrio to some other great plates, everything is really good. They have a large selection of good chilean wine, with some good choices by the glass. You can not miss the desserts!.
