Fodor's Review:
In one of the city's oldest and most attractive residential neighborhoods, only a 10-minute taxi ride from Centro, this hotel, built in 2000, has bright and spacious rooms with contemporary light-wood furnishings. The 24-story building provides nice views of the city from the top floors.
