Academia da Cachaça is not only the place in Rio to try caipirinhas -- made with dozens kinds of tropical fruits -- but is a temple of cachaça. The small bar with extraordinary appetizers from northeast Brazil sells 50 brands of cachaça by the glass or bottle.
