It perfectly captures the vibrancy of Las Cañitas; even on weekdays, you'll see groups casually ambling in to dine as late as midnight. They come for the juicy steaks and achuras (innards), all of which are grilled over an open fire in full view of the restaurant. Grab one of the tables on the open second floor and you'll get an even better view of the parrilla. Ask for your steak vuelta y vuelta (rare) for best results.
