Fodor's Review:
Magazine ads from the 1930s and '40s are the inspiration behind the poptastic furniture at 30quarenta. Kitsch up your living room with an ornate loveseat stripped of its paint and reupholstered in original prints or candy-cane stripes. Divide and conquer with an old steel street ad transformed into a folding screen. Carlos Gardel's face beams from painted bowling pins, just some of a few items that fall on the wrong side of the offbeat-tasteless dividing line.
