Fodor's Review:

This trattoria is known for its excellent handmade pastas and classic Italian dishes, created from the century-old recipes of the chef's grandmother. Cappelletti di formaggio (cheese-filled round pasta) and risotto alla milanese are good bets. Prices are high, but there are fixed-price menus to choose from and a friendly English-speaking staff. The outdoor terrace is a treat.

good food, but you will likely get gouged

I agree with the rave reviews of the food- al dente pasta and classic sauces. But not only are the prices on the menu high, watch out to ask for anything you try and order that's not on the menu. I asked for a lime daiquiri instead of the strawberry one on the menu, and instead of paying the already pricey 15 peso cost, I was charged 38 pesos, which was nearly double my entree cost and offically the most expensive drink I've ever drank, anywhere. It was really irritating the way they watched me scrutinize the bill to see my reaction, but I didn't say anything, content to never return and warn others away as well.
