Fodor's Review:
It draws a steady stream of foreign students and the Argentines who are anxious to woo them. The billiards tables attract some serious pool sharks. The coolest thing about this place is that each plush blue booth has its own self-service beer tap, which doesn't seem to excite the alcohol-apathetic Argentines but can prove devastatingly dangerous for American and European visitors.
