Reserve at least a week in advance. Seriously. After training with two of the world's most renowned chefs -- Spain's Ferran Adriá and France's Michel Bras -- chef-owner María Barrutia came back to Buenos Aires and made a very big splash in this very small space, hidden deep inside the Society of Architects. Her menu is short, sweet, and reasonably priced. Three set-price menus pair exotic ingredients like codorniz (quail) with Argentina's more traditional foods like zapallo (squash). They're all honored with classic European treatments, including expertly reduced sauces. The molten chocolate cake, adapted from Bras, is unforgettable.
