Fodor's Review:
Given the fancy French-style facade, you could mistake the Bel Air for a neighborhood hotel somewhere in Paris. Inside, a more modern feel takes over, with a round wood-paneled lobby bar and a snazzy café that looks onto exclusive Arenales Street. Rooms have handsome wooden floors and simple but stylish desks and couches.
