$$-$$$$, Argentine, Belgrano
Fodor's Review:
Though it's in something of a no-man's land at the northern tip of a neighborhood known as Belgrano Chico, Sucre has become synonymous with high-concept dining. The visual impact is immediate, from the open kitchen that stretches the length of the airy, warehouse-like space to a catwalk that's suspended next to the dramatic floor-to-ceiling wall of illuminated liquors. The menu is original and inspired, drawing in elements from Asia with dishes like a spectacular citrus-and-soy-lacedtiradito de pescado (like a fusion ceviche). Equally impressive are the duck ravioli and the beautifully designed desserts.
