Laurance S. Rockefeller Preserve
Laurance S. Rockefeller Preserve Review
This relatively new preserve includes 8 mi of trails. You can access the preserve via the Valley Trail, 1.75 mi north of the Granite Canyon trailhead and ½ mi south of the Death Canyon turnoff. For the first time, hikers can admire the Phelps Lake shoreline from a new trail and public viewpoint on the south-southwestern shore.
