The Peaks Review

At Signal Mountain Lodge, this casual Western-style bistro has exposed ceiling beams and expansive windows overlooking Jackson Lake and the Tetons. Fish is the kitchen's specialty. Wild-caught salmon is served in a sauce of lemon, capers, and parsley, and the trout cakes are a superb appetizer. The Trapper Grill next door also serves lunch, and in the adjacent Deadman's Bar, the mountain of nachos and huckleberry margaritas are crowd favorites.

    Fine dining with a view

Very nice appetizers and entrees-steak, venaison and fish.
Good choice of wines and beers.
Very correct desserts. Service is neither too quick or slow and we don't wait too long for a table...
And the view is just awesome.
