If you're looking for upscale, this fine-dining restaurant might be the ultimate in Wyoming's national parks' culinary experiences. This large room houses a 700-square-foot mural painted by late-20th-century Western artist Carl Roters that details an 1837 Wyoming mountain man rendezvous. Select from a menu that includes trout, elk, lamb, beef, and pasta. The cedar-plank salmon is a great choice, or try a buffalo steak. One cannot exaggerate the scene beyond the windows of this establishment. The riparian area below and Willow Flats, where moose love to feast, compete with Jackson Lake and the Teton's Cathedral Group. If you can, book a window table at sunset and drink in the luscious panorama. Other delicious sights include Roters's mural, which covers two walls of the dining room. This elegant restaurant might not work as a first choice for casual or budget-conscious diners.

Decent zppetizers and entrees, pretentious dessert.
Nothing to really complain, but nothing exceptional to say.
Good choice of wine. View is less nice than the one at the Peak at Signal Mountain Lodge.
Kind service. Nice murals, but difficult to appreciate at the time of diner or you have to disturb the other...
