Fodor's Review

At Signal Mountain Lodge, this casual Western-style bistro has exposed ceiling beams and expansive windows overlooking Jackson Lake and the Tetons. Fish is the specialty. Wild-caught salmon is served in a sauce of lemon, capers, and parsley, and the trout cakes are a superb appetizer. The Trapper Grill next door also serves lunch, and in the adjacent Deadman's Bar, the mountain of nachos and huckleberry margaritas are crowd favorites.
