Fodor's Review

an arty-looking, 975-seat movie palace built in 1950 by film lover Hyrum Bischoff, is the heart and soul of this 2,300-person outpost, known as the Rose City, at the foot of the Big Horn Mountains. Because of the popularity of home video rentals, the Hyart shut down in 1992, but it was revived by a citizens' committee of volunteers who raised funds to restore the theater, its spacious lobby, sunken lounge, sloping balcony, "cry room" for babies, and neon painter's palette high above the marquee to its former Truman-era glory. It reopened in 2004.
