Mimma's Cafe Review

This café is northeast of downtown in a clapboard building dating from 1890; inside are columns and walls sponge-painted in subtle hues. The kitchen prepares recipes from northern Italy to Sicily, including some 50 different pasta dishes.

Good- But ask for the price of specials

Good place, it's not quite as good as it was 10 years ago. We ordered the specials (veal and salmon) that turned out to be $31 and $34, respectively. Given that this was double the price of every other menu item, the waiter should have told us the price. Other than that, the food is good and the wine list is great.
