The menu is highlighted by regionally sourced meats and seafood, including sea scallop risotto with porcinis, leeks, and crème fraîche, and grilled rib eye with a green-peppercorn demiglace, which is best enjoyed with a side of bacon-studded
roasted Brussels sprouts. Homemade sorbet and a fine crème caramel are among the desserts. Weekend breakfasts draw huge crowds.
