The current owners of one of Moses Lake's oldest restaurants set out with the goal, ably achieved, of making it a favorite family and group gathering place. As the name implies, steaks are the main event here, ranging from an 8-oz. sirloin to 24-oz. porterhouse. There's even a 4-oz. steak on the kids menu.
