Hilton Vancouver Washington and Vancouver Conference Center Review

Opened in June 2005, this hotel and conference center is the crown jewel of Vancouver's redeveloped downtown. The property is owned by the City of Vancouver and operated by Hilton. The elegant, contemporary interior is done in sage, pimento, and butternut hues and has an urban glow. The hotel restaurant, Gray's At The Park Bistro & Bar ($-$$), serves Pacific Northwest cuisine and reservations are generally required. Tantalizing selections include Painted Hills natural beef, the hefty 24-ounce porterhouse steak, and wild Pacific king salmon. Baked onion soup is a signature item.
