As if you couldn't tell by the name, Theater Schmeater is one of Seattle's zanier fringe theaters. Productions—live reenactments of Twilight Zone episodes, radical reinterpretations of Chekhov—are hit-or-miss, but there have been enough hits to garner the company a lot of respect. One of the theater's missions is to inspire the next generation of performers, so kids 18 and under get in free.
