Fodor's Review

Built in 1907, Seattle's oldest theater still hosts off-Broadway performances and music events, including jazz concerts, instrumental duets, hard-rock bookings, pop-music shows. The venerable hall was featured in Pearl Jam's video for "Even Flow," and many of the big grunge music acts of Seattle's early-90s rock heyday performed here.
