Seattle Nightlife

Neumo's

Neumo's Review

Once one of the grunge era's iconic clubs (when it was Moe's), Neumo's has managed to reclaim its status as a staple of the Seattle rock scene, despite being closed for a six-year stretch. And it is a great rock venue: acoustics are excellent, and the roster of cutting-edge indie rock bands is the best in the city. That said, it's one of the most uncomfortable places in town to see a show (sight lines throughout the club can be terrible). It's also stuffy and hot during sold-out shows.
