Flying Fish

Flying Fish Review

Chef-owner Christine Keff got the idea for Flying Fish on a trip to Thailand; she was impressed by the simplicity and quality of the seafood dishes she found grilled at beachside restaurants. And even after nearly 20 years (and a move from its original location), Flying Fish has stayed true to its inspiration: the fish is some of the freshest you'll find in Seattle, the ingredients are judiciously selected, and the dishes, while inventive, never get too busy. The menu changes daily, but you'll often find seafood and shellfish prepared with Thai curries and seasonings, and you'll always have the option of the delicious no-nonsense fried chicken. This joint is always jumping; dinner reservations are strongly recommended.
